Refund Request Process:

  2. Review: All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, considering our commitment to customer satisfaction. Typically, only one refund per subscription is permitted.

  3. Repetitive Refunds: We reserve the right to deny refunds to subscribers who request refunds repeatedly or in bad faith.

  4. Information: Ensure that all provided information is accurate and complete. Incomplete or incorrect information may delay the processing of your refund.

  5. Processing Time: Refunds may take up to thirty days to appear on your credit or debit card statement, depending on the policies of the issuing bank.
